Traxsource Presents New Music Tuesday April 22nd, 2014)

We kick off the proceedings with the #1 selection from Beatdown Recordings with Juliet Fox taking her sound real deep. Definitely deserves it’s place at the top.

Whats Hot This Week

1. Juliet Fox – If You Feel (Beatdown)

2. Boston Rodriguez ft Cherie Mathieson – Lost in Space (Groovadelica)

Boston Rodriguez and Cherie Mathieson combine to create a lush piece of cosmic soul in the style of classic Roy Ayers and Earth Wind & Fire. This track is already getting love from taste making DJ’s in London and New York. Remixes come from NYC’s DJ Spinna (House), Amin Payne & Roughsoul (electronic funk) and a irresistible UK Garage version from Boston himself. Get your space suit on and enjoy the ride.

3. Steve Fryer feat Nancie – Please Don’t Say (Discopolis Recordings)

4. Giom – The Move (Nu Jax Music)

5. Pablo Fierro & Cristian Vinci – Herencia Latina (Vida Records)

6. Topa – Be Free EP (Mjuzieekal Education Digital)

This is the first of 2 forthcoming E.P.s by Topa, a Croation producer and musician that you will hear so much more from on our label in the future!

This guy is damn funky and you can perfectly hear that in his productions and remixes for sure. And you definitely can in this release entitled Be Free E.P.

7. Sebb Aston – Fell Alright EP (Salted Music)

8. Atjazz & Jullian Gomes feat Osunlade – Philosophy (Atjazz Record Company)

The 2nd single taken from the amazing album “The Gift The Curse” from Atjazz & Jullian gomes featuring the awesome vocals of Osunlade. Their collaboration ‘The Gift The Curse’, blends Martin “Atjazz” Iveson’s deft and experienced touch with the Gomes’s keen modern ear for soulful tech. Throw in vocals from the likes of Osunlade and more and you have a forward-thinking, soulful delight.

9. Max & Sims – Body To Body (PornoStar Records)

10. Supernova feat Natalie Conway – Come With Me (Defected)

With a solid career spanning over a decade, cornerstones of Italian house music and Defected regulars, Supernova, return with another stunning effort in the form of ‘Come With Me’. Featuring the forever-lush vocal delivery from Australian songstress Natalie Conway the Original Mix begins by establishing a mesmerizing groove, weaving the breathy vocal stabs within the poignant ‘four-to-the-floor’ drum line. Divided by celestial builds and reaffirming drops this track opens the door to the dance floor. The Underground Mix takes off with a more minimal approach, and proves to hold its own with an epic display of analogue acrobatics. Last but not least the Underground Vocal Mix sends us to a darker side, focusing on Conway’s sultry singing and more desolate soundscapes.
