Bryan’s latest project Deeper is out now on Traxsource via Great Stuff & he shares 5 influential tracks of his own in this 5 Records feature.

1. Bryan Cox, Musikiller, Squarry “Deeper” [Great Stuff]

This track is a really fun venture into some of the future house and garage sounds of the moment. I really loved this style since I first heard it back in the early days and it was so fun to make a record like this. I’m really happy it found a perfect home on such a respected label as Great Stuff and hope that everyone enjoys it as much as we did making it. :)

2. Bryan Cox “Off The Heezay” [Patterns]

This one one of my first releases originally released in 2004 on Donald Glaude’s Eden Records (at the time on vinyl) with the flip side of the record being “Movin’ Thru Your System”. This record did very well for me and those were really fun days for music and parties. This sound always brings a smile to my face.

3. Bryan Cox “The Smackdown” [Coxwork]

This also is a re-release of a track that originally appeared only on vinyl. At the time it came out on Joey Beltram’s awesome STX label. Pounding prime-time filtered disco techno! Gotta love that sound!

4. Bryan Cox, Groovebox “Drop You”

This collaboration I did with Groovebox earlier this year came out on a very respected label 100% Pure. A fun Tech Banger with some great vocals from Dallas talent Alias. This one got a lot of people’s attention this year which was good for me after taking 4 years off working under an alias.

5. Bryan Cox, Mr Black, RoBBerto “My Sound”

One of the biggest records for me this year, “My Sound” has been supported by many of the top DJs in the genre and it’s great for me that it came out on my little label Coxwork, which is only to release originals and collaborations with the purpose of having a good time.
