Wolf + Lamb's 5 Favorite Strictly Rhythms
Wolf + Lamb are the NYC party personified pairing of Zev Eisenberg and Gadi Mizrahi. With two albums and three labels already under their belt, they also featured at number 7 on our Top Deep House Artists of 2015 so far.
The boys are also co-founders of the infamous music collective ‘Crew Love’; a crazy traveling dance party which also features the likes of Soul Clap, Pillow Talk, Slow Hands, JMAC and No Regular Play. With parties planned in such far flung locations as Chile, Costa Rica, Australia, Colombia and even Lebanon booked in for the next few months alone, these wandering minstrels bring the party to YOU, no matter how remote the destination!
To celebrate the dynamic duo’s latest release ‘After We’re Gone’ on Strictly Rhythm, we sat down with Wolf + Lamb to find out their 5 favorite Rhythm’s from Strictly!
Hard Drive – Deep Inside (Shadow Child Remix)
Shadow Child gives this a modern bass heavy twist on a classic by none other than Masters at work legend Louie Vega/ This modern take is festival ready!
Osunlade – My Reflection Feat. Divine Essence
This one is still on heavy rotation for us. It’s another gem By Osunlade; the master of his own genre and it’s always an honor to open for the main man!
Osunlade – Momma’s Groove (Jimpster Remix)
Everybody love’s their Momma and so do we! Special shout out to mommas and baby mommas all over the world for cleaning up after us when we didn’t know how to for ourselves!
U.P.I – The String Track
Now this one is a real classic! We played it recently at AIR in Japan and the place went absolutely nuts! It might be old, but don’t sleep on this classic track.
Black Magic – Let It Go (Masters at Work Dub)
Last but not least, a Masters At Work remix. Whether you’ve been introduced to electronic music via Skrillex or Martinez Brothers, hopefully you’ll eventually come to find the truth i.e Masters at Work!
